The Hatco Flav-R-Savor® offers a unique concept in food holding and display. Balancing a precise combination of heat and humidity, these cabinets increase sales and profits by reducing waste, maintaining quality, and displaying food with appealing design.

Fluorescent lights help showcase food product. Tempered glass door and side panels provide maximum heat retention and allow for full cabinet display. One-gallon (4-liters) stainless water reservoir provides all day moisture. Low-water protection prevents heating element burnout and alerts operator to low water condition.

FSHC1 (Portable Holding Cabinet)

The Hatco Flav-R-Savor® Portable Holding Cabinet is capable of holding all types of hot foods at optimum serving temperatures.

Thermostatically controlled heat and humidity allows you to prepare food in advance of peak periods and hold it for hours.

Accommodates seven food pans or sheet pans on 3" (76 mm) centers. Electrical components, controls, and water reservoir are located at the top for easy access. Adjustable humidity and temperature controls, insulated side walls, large swivel 3" (76 mm) diameter casters with wheel locks are standard.

GR2SDS (Merchandising Warmer)

Designed to hold hot wrapped food at optimum serving temperatures, the Hatco Glo-Ray® Designer Merchandising Warmers are the perfect displays to showcase hot fast foods and boost impulse sales. Designer look for contemporary decors.

Constructed of aluminum and stainless steel with tempered glass side panels. Single-tier, slant shelf display warmer.

GRCDH (Heated Display Case)

For hot meals-to-go, the Hatco Glo-Ray® Designer Heated Display Case features curved tempered glass styling and incandescent lighting to accentuate your product.

Controlled humidity display case with exclusive cool base construction. Optional Designer colors include: Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green, and Antique Copper. Constructed of aluminum and stainless steel with tempered glass and rollerless sliding doors.

GRFHS21 (Fry Holding Station)

Hatco Glo-Ray® Fry Holding Stations safely hold fried foods at optimum serving temperatures. Prefocused heat maintains safe serving temperatures longer without continuing to cook the food.

Overhead metal sheathed or ceramic elements project high intensity radiant heat. Heated base and slotted holding bin prevents soggy product. Pass-through portable model available.

Hatco Glo-Ray® Fry Holding Stations safely hold fried foods at optimum serving temperatures. Prefocused heat maintains safe serving temperatures longer without continuing to cook the food.

Overhead ceramic elements project high intensity radiant heat. A pre-set thermostatically controlled heated base maintains uniform holding temperatures from below. The slotted holding bin permits rising heat to envelope the food, preventing soggy product.

RHW2 (Cook & Hold Well)

The multipurpose heated well offers the flexibility of food warmers, soup kettles, Bain Marie heaters, and pasta cookers all in one!

Range of temperature settings, Heat-Max can boil, simmer and hold pasta and soup noodles, soups, curries. 2 x 10 litre capacity.

WFST1 (Large Capacity Cabinet)

Prepare food in advance of peak periods and place product straight from the oven into the full-view cabinets to increase impulse sales.

Controlled moisturized heat creates a "blanket" effect around the food. Tempered glass doors and side panels provide maximum heat retention and allow for full cabinet display. Maintains proper serving temperature and keeps food moist and tender. Optional stacking kit, self-closing sliding or French doors, and custom graphic decals.
